Accessibility

Data-heavy software must remain understandable under pressure, without a mouse, without motion, and without color.

State is never color alone

Status components pair semantic color with text, glyphs, or accessible labels. Alerts use both severity names and distinct shapes.

Keyboard behavior

Native controls retain native semantics. The time range selector uses radio-group semantics and roving focus. Focus rings are tokenized and visible in both themes.

Motion and loading

Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion. Skeletons are decorative and hidden from assistive technology, while loading buttons expose aria-busy.

Data visualization

Charts and sparklines provide textual labels and summaries. Legends identify series by name and unit; color is supplementary.
